For homes built in Clear Lake Riviera, Konocti Hills Country Club is
available with dues of approximately $300/yr (or Country Club at Riviera West or Riviera
Heights for approximately $130/yr). Amenities include a Championship Golf Course,
restaurant and bar overlooking the lake; 3 swimming pools; tennis courts; and picnic and
barbecue facilities overlooking beautiful Clear Lake.
Completed homes, homes under construction, and sample plans are available for inspection.
Purchaser may also use his own plans.
* Price based on owner providing an acceptable building site (lots are still available for
$39,500 or less!). Price includes all city or county building permit fees but does not
include any water and/or sewer hook-up fees and any school fees. Septic system, if needed,
will cost approximately $9,800.
